Aufgabe:
- Reinforcing the internal SAP team of a public-sector client across the full lifecycle of its SAP CRM Service solution: maintenance, enhancements, projects and RUN. Specifically:
- Analysis and scoping: business needs, CRM Service processes, existing BOPF components and interfaces; GAP analysis, estimates and risks
- Design: Fit-to-Standard workshops, CRM Service process design, BOPF object modelling, specifications for SmartForms, Web Services, OData and BO integration, and interface contracts and mappings
- Build: CRM Service configuration, BOPF development and extensions, SmartForms, Web Services and OData services, BO, Office and non-SAP integrations, all following security, logging and data protection requirements
- Testing and deployment: unit, integration, E2E and performance testing; transports, go-live and rollback procedures; training, hypercare and knowledge transfer
- RUN: L2/L3 support, root cause analysis, corrective, adaptive and evolutive maintenance, monitoring, audit support and upgrades
Anforderungen/Skills:
- At least 7 years of relevant SAP CRM experience in complex, integrated environments (design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, production support)
- Expertise areas, with the client’s indicative split:
- SAP CRM Service (25%): senior functional and technical expertise
- SAP BOPF (40%): business objects, nodes, associations, determinations, validations, actions and services
- SmartForms and Web Services (15%): design, development, maintenance and security
- SAP BusinessObjects integration (5%)
- SAP OData (5%): exposure, consumption, security and monitoring
- Microsoft Office and non-SAP integrations (10%): interfaces and interface contracts
- RUN processes, L2/L3 support, root cause analysis
- Tools: Jira, ChaRM, Solution Manager, Confluence
- Certification: SAP CRM / Customer Experience, ABAP development or integration technologies (a plus)
- French and English fluent written and spoken
