Aufgabe:
- Testmanagement
- Erstellung Teststrategie, Testkonzept in Abstimmung mit Kunde und Lieferant
Anforderungen/Skills:
- Höhere Ausbildung (ETH / Uni / FH) in Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Langjährige Erfahrung als Testmanager
- Primary point of contact for all test-related topics
- Preparation and participation in test meetings with central and local teams for all test phases (SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression tests)
- Senior experienced or at least clever in test management in complex projects:
- Fluent German language skills (native speaker preferred) and good English language skills (C1) in speech and writing are essential.
- Experience in the automotive and/or financial services industry is an advantage
- Leadership skills in working with business testers
- Self-sufficiency
- Experience with agile methods and tools (Xray-Jira-Confluence)
